As from 1st of April 2005 Proxoz Crew Merged with another site called Trance Kingdom and changed its name to ProxozTK (Proxoz Trance Kingdom). These two companies with careful planning, producing and marketing established fundamental differences to the company, and one of its great impacts was the broadcasting of Trance music 24/7. This brief history lesson describes to you how Proxoz and TK crew got bigger and better. This was a plan to provide the world with the works of the finest artists and creators of trance and it proved to be a showstopper.

But it didn’t end there. On September 11 2005, After enormous effort, great team work and lots of hard work between the Proxoz crew and ETN.fm radio station, Proxoz managed to get its own personal show every Sunday, this was a big step for Proxoz as ETN.fm is the biggest trance webradio station in the world.

Biography:

Amir Atme was born in Lebanon on the 17th of July 1987 . His music talent was revealed as soon as he turned five years old when he was fascinated with musical instruments such as keyboard and the Lebanese drum. The passion for music was nurtured with him throughout his life especially in his early teenage.

At the age of 13 years old, Amir was introduced to a guy with a great experience and sound knowledge of music and taught him about Trance Music. Both, Amir and the other guy, enjoyed the music and wanted to go further by getting into DJ’ing and playing in birthday parties and that’s what they’ve came to achieve at the age of only 14 years old.

However it did not end here. Amir was offered the opportunity to join one of the best bands in the country and to work with them on a permanent basis from three to four days a week. In addition, he also gained access to play in night clubs before he even turned eighteen. No surprise, he was praised for his excellent performance.

In late 2002, Amir moved with his family to Australia in order to start another new life. As being new to the country, getting into the music scene was not as easy and achieving what he has achieved in his music career was at first difficult to attain, so he started to mix and make music at home. As a first step towards achieving his goal of music career development, he attended a music college where he learned and developed more skills.

In March 2005, FBI 94.5 FM ran a competition to nominate the best underage DJ in Sydney . Amir applied to the competition by sending his own demo mix to the radio station. He never thought that he might be considered, however, amazingly he was chosen on the finalist of the best five Dj ‘s in Sydney and thus the five finalists were asked to play live at FBI 94.5 FM. the listeners had to vote through SMS for the Dj who deserves to be the winner of the best underage DJ in Sydney. Amir, also known by Dj Amo, won the title by receiving the highest number of votes from Australia and overseas countries.

The title awarded Amir with opportunities for career path development as lots of clubs’ managers were interested in hiring him to rock up their clubs, and so far Amo has played with very well know stars such as 4 Strings, Rank1 and Matt Darrey, and offcourse the schedule will be very busy from 2008.

July 2006 was time for Amo to go a step ahead by opening his first digital label under the same name of his show Proxoz. The label worked very hard to get quality releases to proxoz fans and the trance scene with new talented producers and known stars that have been supported by the biggest dj's on earth. Meanwhile, Amo is very busy keeping the label strong and healthy while dj'ing with the big trance names around Australia and working on his own productions that will be out in 2008.
